What is the cost of a specific home?
Because of the many variables in building a home it is not possible to provide specific pricing here on our website. Factors such as building codes, transportation laws and site preparation vary from state to state and site to site. In addition, each home owner has their own unique list of features and options that they want in their new home. For these reasons pricing is only available from our independent builders.
What is the "ball park" price of your homes?
You can use the following general guidelines to help you estimate what your real home costs will be. All American offers three levels of finish in its homes. The value level is the most economical. The price, on your lot, will be in the $80 to $85 range per square foot, generally. The classic level, which includes some upgrades and design elements will often cost between $90 and $95 per square foot, on your land. Our signature level homes, which are the most elaborate designs with the most amenities, can usually be priced in the $105 to $120 per square foot range, on your lot. These guidelines include the delivery and set of your home.
How can I find out what plans fit my budget?
You can get a rough idea of what your home may cost by using this simple method. Determine the approximate size of home you want. Find the rough cost per square foot based on the amenities you want. Multiply the two and you will have a "ball park" price. Here's an example:
Cost per square foot guidelines
Value - $80 to $85 / SF
Some upgrades - $90 to $95 / SF
Many Upgrades - $105 to $120 / SF
Home size - 1600 SF
Amenity Level - Value (no upgrades)
1600 x 80 = $128,000
1600 x 85 = $136,000
These guidelines include typical charges for delivery, set and finish on a crawlspace foundation.
Please understand that your home is unique. It may or may not be possible to build a 1600 square foot home with "value" level amenities for $128,000 on your specific lot. At the same time, it may be possible to build it for less. Use the figures above as guidelines only. Contact an independent All American Homes builder to get specific pricing for the home you want to build based on your specific needs.
VERY IMPORTANT
Please note that every home is different and it is not possible to price a home without visiting the job site and accounting for all the variables that are unique to every site. What type of soil the home is on, the foundation, the wind or snow load requirements, the distance the home must travel to reach the site and dozens of other factors affect the price of each home. The price guidelines on this website are provided so that people considering an All American Home will have some rough idea of the costs involved. They are not intended and are not offered as a quote for home construction.
