Tankless Water Heater

Tankless water heaters also known as "on-demand", heat water only when you need it. There is no water storage tank as in a traditional water heater. This means no energy is wasted heating water there is no demand for. Tankless water heaters reduce water heating costs by up to 30%. They have a longer life expectancy (up to 20 years) and take up less space since there is no tank. No tank also reduces the chances of a water leak. Tankless water heaters are ENERGY STAR® certified.

ENERGY STAR® Appliances

Appliances that are ENERGY STAR® rated use 10-50% less energy and/or water than standard models. Appliances account for 17% of a homes average utility bill. Selecting ENERGY STAR appliances can reduce your energy and/or water bill.

Icynene Insulation System®

Icynene Insulation System is an expandable insulation that is applied as a liquid and expands to make an airtight seal and can reduce your heating and cooling costs up to 50%. It can also reduce the size of your heating and cooling unit needed. The air tight seal keeps the rooms in your house at a consistent temperature, keeps allergens outside improving indoor air quality, and minimizes exterior noises. Occupancy Light Sensors

Passive infrared sensors sense motion turning on lighting. Sensors turn off the lights when a room is vacant for a set period of time. Light sensors fit into standard switch boxes to blend in. Switches are programmable.
