Bamboo, Cork, or Slate Flooring
The cost for green flooring is comparable to traditional upgrade flooring options. Cork flooring is harvested from the tree leaving it undamaged. The bark of the tree re-grows within 9 years. Bamboo flooring is a rapidly renewable material that matures in 5-6 years. Selecting these floorings can contribute to LEED certification. Slate is an all natural product with minimal processing. Slate is durable enough to last hundreds of years.
Key Benefits:
 | Cork and bamboo flooring is made from renewable resources |
 | Slate flooring requires minimal processing and is highly durable |
