Modular is Naturally Green
Our modular building process allows us to minimize waste, up to 40% less than site-built homes. Lumber cut-offs not large enough to use in the home are used to heat our facilities during winter. Drywall scraps are provided to local farmers to improve their soil conditions, sawdust is made available for livestock bedding, and vinyl and other scrap materials are recycled.
