"We are sitting on our beautiful deck of the beautiful house you built for us in Lake Leelanau, Michigan five years ago. We chose many custom upgrades such as 52 foot width, a second story, extra high roof line, crown molding etc. And a large beautiful garage and basement.

The reason I’m writing this is that we want you to know how much we appreciate the quality of your building… it is excellent… as are the extras that our builder did for us. For instance this deck which runs 50 feet along the back of the house and connects to a 24 x 12 section on the south of the house. Creating a huge space for entertaining with two pairs of lovely French doors opening on it.
